In this class, Vadim will show you the tonal solution of the composition, composing details, color balance, figure construction, and a lot more by demoing a master copies. Just like Scion, we should always learn from the masters to understand and progress more in our own art. Vadim will choose from masters like Sargent, Zorn, Repin, Bouguereau, Rembrandt, Rubens and Tiepolo to demonstrate these techniques.
A virtual room link will be sent to you up to 24 hours prior to your class start date. A short tutorial will be given prior to the live class starting.

Vadim Zanginian was born in Armenia in 1965. Vadim graduated from the Art and Theatre Institute where he trained in Russian Academic traditions in painting the figure. His idols are Repin, Serov, Michelangelo, Sargent, Rockwell, Fechin, and Stepanian.
From 1994-2003, he worked as a graphic designer and completed many contemporary graphics logos and posters for rock singers including Cher, Paul McCartney, and Moody Blues. He also provided his graphic skills to leading companies like Guess, Harley Davidson, and Hard Rock Cafe.
Over the years, he worked out a fast learning program for Academic drawing and painting that he now shares with our students. In his art, Vadim aims to get an impression in limited time with a limited palette.

If a workshop is cancelled; students may transfer to another workshop, use credit on artschoolvideos.com, keep credit on file or be issued a full refund.
Refunds and Transfers
All online classes and workshops are non-refundable.
Absent
If a student does not attend the workshop, there is no refund. However, they will be given access to the 7-day video recording.
